Refund Policy
We will only offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Items will only be accepted if they are stock items such as frames, stock riders, etc. that are in their original condition or have a defect.
We will NOT refund any items that are customized. These items are specifically created for and approved by clients, therefore, they are non refundable.
We will do our best to remedy any printing issues and may be able to come to an agreement for a discount on a replacement order.
Payment Policy
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and cash are all accepted forms of payments.
Delivery and Shipping
Rush orders will be delivered in area within 2-3 days.
Standard orders will be delivered in area within 7 days.
Orders that are out of area and need shipping will be shipped within 5-6 days.
Delivery & Shipping Rates
Delivery and shipping rates are based on the delivery location and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped through UPS.
Once the shipping order is placed we will provide you with the tracking number.
